• Berkaca pada distribusil aptop periode sebelumnya yang mana terdapat banyak kondisi tidak dapat terpantau dan tercatat dengan tepat
• Diharapkan periode kali ini terdapat aplikasi yang dapat mendukung kegiatan distribusi tersebut.

POLICY RULES MODEL

Login Access & Browse 

• All employees can enter the application and browse available laptops.
• Only employees who are registered in the active batch can submit an order.
• Employees registered in the next batch can find out on the notification page, profile information, and under the "Pre Order" button that is not active.

Approval & Rejection 

• Employees who submit a laptop purchase must obtain approval. 
• Employee General Manager has the right to give consent and rejection 
• After obtaining approval from superiors, then the submission is forwarded to the Policy User for further approval 
• Policy User has the right to give consent and rejection 

Monitoring Delivery 

• Employees & Policy User can monitor the order status and delivery of laptops 
• Policy User, Employee dan General Manager gets notifications related to the completion of delivery to employees
